To access your Import Entry Document, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your FedEx online account at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html.

  2. Click on 'View & Pay Bill.'


  1. If you have multiple FedEx account numbers, ensure that the primary account is selected correctly.


  1. Click on 'Search/Download.' Input the tracking number you are looking for in the designated field.

  1. Click on the tracking ID.


  1. Click on 'Download Customs Documentation.' This action should generate a PDF file of your Import Entry Document, displaying your Import Entry Number.
